You may order your SWOON dress direct from us over the internet. Please note that all SWOON dresses are custom made to your style and color specifications. We will do everything within our power to make sure you get exactly what you want for your big day, but please note that there are no returns or exchanges once your order has been processed.
To process your dress order, a completed and signed Order Form & Policy Agreement must be faxed to 424-288-5649. A 50% non-refundable deposit will also be required to process your order.
General leadtime for dresses is 14 weeks (including shipping to your location) upon receipt of completed order form and 50% deposit for all bridesmaids in your wedding party. You will receive an invoice via e-mail with confirmed delivery date once we have all information required to process your order(s).

All dresses will be shipped via Federal Express ground service. A $15 shipping charge will be applied to your confirmation invoice. We can also arrange for express delivery for an additional fee.
All Swoon dresses are made from 100% silk fabrics and should only be dry cleaned by a professional. Please also note that due to the delicate nature of our fabrics, we recommend using only light steam and/or light pressing on a medium-low setting.

We will gladly send you up to 3 complimentary swatches. Please complete a request form; your swatches will be sent within 5-10 business days. If you would like to request more than 3 swatches, you may do so for a fee of $4 per swatch.
